meet the engineer

TYLER DEPINEDA BEGAN HIS MUSICAL JOURNEY AT A VERY YOUNG AGE. TRYING TO LEARN GUITAR BY EAR AT EIGHT YEARS OLD AND STARTING BAND CLASS IN FOURTH GRADE AS A PERCUSSIONIST, THIS QUICKLY BECAME AN OBSESSION TO LEARN EVERYTHING DOWN TO THE SCIENCE OF SOUND ITSELF. HE SPENT MOST OF HIS CHILDHOOD AND TEENAGE YEARS AS AN AVID MUSIC STUDENT, PERFORMING IN VARIOUS REGION, AREA AND STATE COMPETITIONS FOR THE TEXAS U.I.L. THIS TURNED INTO PLAYING IN METAL BANDS AS A GUITARIST AND SPARKED A HEAVY INTEREST INTO AUDIO PRODUCTION. WITH DEDICATION AND AN OPEN MIND, A DECADE GOES BY AND REAKTIV MEDIA GROUP OPENS ITS DOORS AFTER TEAMING UP WITH GARY DACUS JR.

Advanced deposit of 50% required to reserve studio time | Deposit payments are applied to studio time starting promptly at the scheduled start time | Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations but may be transferred to rescheduled sessions if client provides advanced notice (at least 48 hours for 100% deposit transfer or 24-48 hours for 50% deposit transfer) AND reschedules make-up session within 5 days | No-call, no-shows will result in required 100% up front payment for all future bookings | Groups of 6 or more may be subject to a cleaning fee.

All flat rate mixing/mastering packages include three mix revisions prior to mastering as well as up to one total hour of combined editing and vocal tuning. Further editing and tuning can be completed upon request at $40/hr. For songs with a track count over 60, contact us for a quote.
